  3. If you plan on attending the fall cabin campout at Jones Gulch,(highly recommended) complete the form "YMCA of SAN FRANCISCO:  RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY (PDF)" (one per family) -- this is a special release specifically for Jones Gulch.

Circle Navigators (formerly Chiefs):

At your first circle meeting, collect all of the above from circle members.  Complete the "Circle Dues Checklist [Excel version (spreadsheet) or  HTML version - just an example]" and give or send your completed Checklist, along with checks and forms for all circle members, to Sierra Expedition Treasure Keeper Chuck Leiter.

DEADLINE:  All checks and forms should be given to Chuck by September 27th, 2006.

Please note that attendance at the fall campout is highly recommended. It's a lot of fun, it's a chance to socialize with your new (and old) circle members, and the fall campout includes the induction ceremony for all of the new members joining the program. (If you are a new member and cannot attend the fall ceremony, you'll be inducted at the Spring Roughout.)
